With headquarters in Eindhoven and offices worldwide, we connect students to life-changing study opportunities. As an IT Support Intern, you will support our internal IT operations and help colleagues (our everyday superheroes) work efficiently, securely, and confidently with technology. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a cloud-only Microsoft environment, while contributing to real improvements in how we work and adopt AI. This role is perfect for someone curious, proactive, and eager to learn by doing. **Your day to day responsibilities** You will: * Support the IT helpdesk by resolving user issues and service requests * Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees * Manage identities and access in Microsoft Entra ID (cloud-only) * Support device management via Microsoft Intune * Maintain and improve IT documentation and knowledge bases * Help colleagues understand IT solutions in a simple, user-friendly way * Contribute to maintaining a secure IT environment (cybersecurity focus) * Explore and support AI use cases within the organization * Install, configure, and maintain hardware and workstations while supporting IT operations **AI & your graduation assignment** We strongly believe in AI as a driver for productivity and innovation. During your internship, you can work on a graduation assignment such as: * Developing an AI adoption framework to help employees integrate AI into their daily work * Exploring how tools like Microsoft Copilot can improve workflows * Researching how to scale AI adoption across teams You’ll be encouraged to act as an AI champion, bringing new ideas and experimentation into the organization.
