And now we're looking for more brilliant people to join us on our journey. **The Role** We're looking for an **IT Support Intern** to join our IT Operations team and play a key role in keeping our tech running smoothly and our team productive. You'll work closely with the IT team and colleagues across all departments, bringing your enthusiasm and problem-solving skills to help us deliver excellent internal tech support. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, and wants to learn the ins and outs of IT support in a fast-paced fintech environment. **What You Will Do** * **Be the First Line of Support** : Assist team members with day-to-day tech questions and troubleshooting. * **Keep Things Organized** : Maintain basic documentation for common IT issues and assets. * **Manage Our Toolkit** : Help manage and troubleshoot our core communication and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira). * **Track Company Assets** : Keep our hardware inventory up to date (laptops, monitors, and accessories) so we always know who has what. * **Document Solutions** : Keep track of unique or recurring issues in Jira, ensuring that the steps taken to fix them are clearly written down for the rest of the team. **What We Look For** * **Communication** : You can explain technical things in a simple, friendly, and patient way. * **High Ene
