Full Job Description

The IT Support Intern will assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless IT operations. Support system maintenance, user account management, and documentation of technical solutions. This position is expected to start in September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 12 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site. In This Role Manage IT tickets by troubleshooting basic issues, documenting solutions, and escalating complex problems to the IT team Follow established IT processes, suggest workflow improvements, and help create internal and user-facing documentation Provide timely follow-ups with end users on open tickets and communicate resolutions to meet service level agreements Assist with the offboarding process by deactivating accounts, backing up data, and tracking company assets Help create and deploy system images for hardware setups Maintain and organize inventory records for IT assets, including computers, peripherals, and software licenses Track and document the lifecycle of IT equipment Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person Currently pursuing a
