About This Role: As an IT Support Intern at Binance.US http://Binance.US, you’ll be embedded within our IT Operations team, reporting to the Director of Security Operations. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting internal systems and end-user technology, contributing to operational excellence across the organization. This internship offers exposure to identity and access management, enterprise productivity platforms, endpoint management, and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Security, Compliance, People, and Engineering. Core Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot operating systems and software applications across the organization. - Respond to and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner. - Apply patches, updates, and security configurations to systems. - Manage user accounts and permissions, primarily through Okta - Configure and manage mobile devices using an MDM platform. Specific Tool Expertise: - Administer and maintain Okta for user lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization. - Configure and customize Slack for team communication and integrate it with other tools. - Manage resources and services within enterprise productivity suites such as Google. - Jira Service Management for ticketing.
