What You'll Do.
Defining and coordinating the timely execution of high-quality webinar and email campaigns.
Establishing relationships with Brand
Medical and CommEx teams to support marketing programs.
Delivering webinar and email campaigns that support strategic marketing plans.
Ensuring compliance with all AstraZeneca privacy
quality and security policies.
Delivering executional excellence to assigned brands.
Ensuring data integrity
continuous campaign monitoring
and external compliance.
Documenting and refining campaign business requirements (BRD).
Developing Data Exchange Documents for multiple channels.
Coordinating and approving Systems Integrations Testing and End to End Testing.
Coordinating and approving campaign logic workflow.
Setting and handling campaign launch timeline expectations.
Formulating strategies to expedite campaign delivery.
Influencing customer journey optimization.
Pulling through innovative ideas.
Connecting with Omnichannel Manager to anticipate needs.
Identifying project risks and supplying to the development of options and plans to handle those risks.
Running Daily Calls with the cross-functional team.
