About The Role As an IT Support Engineer I, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software across sites in a defined geographical area. You are able to determine when it is appropriate to deviate from a standard practice to accomplish the desired result. You can troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs. Key job responsibilities Managing local technical projects. Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes. Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies. Supporting global customers remotely. Traveling within your local or regional area to support our customers. Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience - 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience - 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience - 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience - 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience - 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience - 2+ years of
