IT Support L1 & L2 experience, Financial Markets experience, Supporting complex functional and technical solutions, Incident and backlog management systems, Service-Now, Azure DevOps, Functional incident management on a front office trading application, Supporting end users in using the application, Participate in Functional testing when Bug Fixes are ready for deployment, CI/CD pipelines and tools, Azure Boards, Azure Backlog, Writing SQL queries for test data preparation, Update and maintain integration and regression test plans, Excellent problem solving/analytical skills, Knowledge of analytical tools, Hands-on mentality, Proactive behaviour, Perpetual energy and drive to improve performance, Ability to deliver without much supervision, Creative learning and thinking, Passion for technology, Genuine team player, English (advanced spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Entire software lifecycle, Automation/configuration management systems, YAML, LINUX environments, Sysadmin, Patching, Debugging, Passion for mentoring junior colleagues, Clear, concise, and transparent communicator
What You'll Do.
Level 1 and 2 support of system
Communicate directly with users
Deal with incidents and requests
Problem and Change Management
Write user stories for resolving problems
Document all the issues
Identify recurring issues
Propose permanent fixes
Ensure Checkmarx is in place
Ensure 4-eyes principle review
Prepare change and seek approval
Stakeholder approvals
Testing for each change
Contribute to discussions
Design and develop new features
Improve existing features
Participate in business requirements analysis
Translate requirements into design
Maintain and update requirements
Assist with functional testing
Work on technical improvements
Participate in monitoring and alerting improvements
Provide hands-on support
