This includes modifying existing scripts, developing simple utilities, and assisting with data extraction or configuration tasks as required by business and operational needs. ### In addition, you provide technical support to end users across software, hardware, and systems managed by the IT department, including telephony and communications platforms. You are responsible for performing periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the reliability, security, and proper operation of IT equipment and services.
