What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, Experience supporting Windows Server, Experience supporting Active Directory, Experience supporting application and OS patching, Experience supporting hardware and software break-fix, Experience troubleshooting various internal applications and hardware, Technically proficient in application/component, Operating systems: Windows Systems, Ability to create and document standards and procedures, Ability to analyze failures and prioritize resolution efforts, Ability to support users and systems in a fast-paced, changing environment, Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar), Understanding of security best practices (patching, endpoint protection, least privilege)
