Troubleshoot workstations

Support Windows Server environments

Assist with VMware tasks
Perform basic VMware maintenance
Troubleshoot networking issues
Support wireless networks
Configure wireless access points

Administer wireless controllers
Disable user accounts
Support Microsoft 365 services
Support hospitality systems
Perform malware remediation
Maintain system security
Work tickets efficiently
Maintain documentation
Complete project tasks
