The hire will be responsible for providing and supporting IT equipment and services to all employees in the TLV office. This opportunity presents the chance to practice modern IT Ops processes and technologies in a controlled financial services environment. Responsibilities Provide on-site IT support at our TLV and remote support for Pagaya TLV employees troubleshooting platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and other tools. Create and update IT documentation, including technical guides and user-facing materials. Act as an advocate for end-users, proactively identifying and resolving IT bottlenecks to enhance productivity. Manage IT assets (ITAM), including desk setups, printer maintenance, and AV equipment to ensure seamless Town Hall and company events. Support and maintain Zoom Rooms, ensuring optimal video conferencing performance. Assist with user lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning accounts, and managing role-based access controls. Requirements 2+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, Intune and various SaaS tools.
