We're looking for an **IT Support Engineer** to provide exceptional technical support across the business. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintaining end-user systems, office infrastructure, and internal services, ensuring our staff can work efficiently and without disruption. This role is particularly well suited to someone who sees IT Support as the foundation of a longer-term career in systems administration, infrastructure, or platform engineering. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and business-critical systems, working closely with experienced engineers while developing a deep understanding of how technology supports our operation. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, eager to learn, and interested in building long-term expertise rather than simply resolving tickets. As your knowledge and capabilities grow, you'll have opportunities to take on increasingly complex technical responsibilities across our infrastructure and internal systems. You'll be joining a collaborative IT team that values automation, continuous improvement, and practical solutions.
