What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience, Approximately 4–7 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments, experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoint environments, Experience working in global organizations and distributed technology teams, Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail, Ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly and independently, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels of the organization, Demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment, Experience supporting senior executives and managing high-priority requests professionally and discreetly, Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality, written communication skills including documentation and end-user communications, Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team, Willingness to work flexible hours when required to support regional operations and technology changes

Resolve IT support requests
Deliver technical support
Provide support via multiple channels
Escalate complex issues
Manage helpdesk queue
Support remote workforce technologies
Support meeting room technologies
Assist with video conferences
Support regional events
Maintain meeting room systems
Support device lifecycle
Manage endpoint configuration
Support Windows 11 Enterprise
Support MacOS environments
Assist with automated provisioning
Participate in IT projects
Support deployment of new software
Assist with testing solutions
Provide local support
Track project progress
Perform monitoring checks
Support incident management
Assist with problem management
Monitor service metrics
Support endpoint security tools
Assist users with security issues
Support security awareness
Coordinate with vendors
Assist with procurement
Maintain IT documentation
Contribute to knowledge base

Work closely with global IT teams; Collaborate with investment and operational teams; Work collaboratively as part of a global team; Assist global teams with testing and rollout; Provide local support for global initiatives
