About You We are seeking an IT Support Associate to join the Nutrafol team. While this role is Hybrid, it does require someone to be located within commutable distance of our NYC (Flatiron) office - you’ll be expected to be in-office 2-4 days as needed, to support technical needs in the office and to help deploy new tech equipment to employees. Day-to-day you’ll be assisting everyone from brand new employees, all the way up to the executive team while remaining efficient and effective with all of the tools and software they need. You are comfortable with a broad scope of work, ranging from setting up Macs and PCs, troubleshooting software and hardware, helping team members get connected to various tools and services, standing up new software products and platforms, all while staying organized and efficient from a cost and timing standpoint.
