Nice to Have
2-3 years IT support in law firm, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Certifications in Microsoft applications, Certifications in ITIL, Experience with legal technology tools
What You'll Do.
Provide support for applications
Deliver technical support for Windows 11
Deliver technical support for Azure Virtual Desktop
Deliver technical support for mobile devices
Support software deployment
Troubleshoot software deployment
Promote chat-first support
Leverage AI tools for ticket triage
Leverage AI tools for troubleshooting
Leverage AI tools for knowledge base generation
Leverage AI tools for proactive support
Collaborate with infrastructure teams
Support self-service automation
Support request automation
Participate in service desk meetings
Provide status updates
Set up A/V conferencing systems
Support A/V conferencing systems
Assist with Wi-Fi connectivity
Assist with client technology needs
Create technical documentation
Maintain knowledge base articles
Install MS Authenticator
Troubleshoot MS Authenticator
Administer MS Authenticator
Install security tools
Troubleshoot security tools

Participate in on-call rotation
