Antenna Group is currently seeking, to cover the following position: **IT Support Administrator (OTT Platform)** **About the Role** We are seeking an IT Support Administrator responsible for providing technical and operational support to OTT Platform employees, ensuring the smooth operation of workplace technologies, systems, applications, and related infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * Manage network configuration, performance, and security through Network Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems * Solve problems on Windows OS, Mac OS, and iOS, platforms * Troubleshoot issues and alter configuration on networking equipment (switches, Wi-Fi access points). * User advanced troubleshooting skills **Requirements** * A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in an IT support role * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Proficiency in supporting Windows, Mac, and iOS * Experience with Active Directory and Exchange on the cloud * Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting * UniFi networks administration is a plus * Proficient user of new Technologies * Ability to meet daily deadlines under stressful conditions * Ability to deal effectively multiple tasks simultaneously * Good written and verbal communication skills in English * High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group **Benefits** * Competitive remuneration package * Health and Life Insurance Plan * Friendly and challenging working environment After the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s re
