Must Have
5+ years of relevant experience in IT procurement, sourcing, and/or vendor management, 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership, Extensive experience with software licensing models (on-premise, cloud, SaaS), pricing comparisons, benchmarking, and interpreting financial data for strategic decisions, Proven ability to lead high-level negotiations with suppliers, with a understanding of IT procurement and vendor dynamics, Proficiency in standard business applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, collaboration tools), Working knowledge of IT systems and services, Self-motivated and independent, History of challenging the status quo and driving innovative approaches to sourcing and procurement, Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, Excellent written and verbal communication
