Must Have
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or equivalent, 8–10 years of experience in data-related roles, Experience with federated and domain-oriented data architectures, Experience with Data Lakes and platforms based on Databricks, Experience in data governance, Experience managing backlogs and applying Agile methodology, Command of Jira and Confluence, Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), Knowledge of data security and access control models, Experience defining Data Governance frameworks, Experience defining data quality metrics and monitoring frameworks, Experience driving adoption of enterprise data platforms
Nice to Have
Experience with semantic layers / data products, Experience working with external data providers or consulting firms, Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or equivalent tools, Experience in regulated environments (GDPR, financial services), Knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and containers

Define and evolve data ingestion and preparation architecture
Ensure alignment between technical ingestion pipelines
and enforce architecture standards for data
Act as a bridge between engineering teams
Ensure consistency across Stage
Define ingestion strategies by country and data source
Identify and mitigate structural risks
Disseminate best practices in data architecture and governance
Provide technical guidance to analysts
