Must Have
+3 years working experience working as a sole contributor in IT or on a team of other IT professionals, Experience managing cloud based Antivirus and Applications, Be able to identify and implement IT initiatives and Deliver IT projects, Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional environment, Professional proficiency in English (written/spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience in startups, Powershell or other scripting experience, Experience working on MSPs, experience using RMM, MDM systems or similar, Knowledge on Apple devices support and troubleshooting, Familiarity and experience on Linux environments, Know-how on keeping inventories, Experience with Bitdefender, Kaspersky AV or similar AV solution, Experience with Ninjaone or Microsoft intune similar MDM

Provide IT Supportank access for a growing team of accountants

Apply systems analysis techniques and procedures to determine hardware or software systems functionality
Manage help desk or improve the existing solution following best practices
Provide IT support to 450+ employees
Provide antivirus software support and monitoring of all employee machines to ensure all software installed and Operating system updates are up to date
Lead the entire organization when it comes to IT process and device management
Provide process documentation on policies to be followed by the entire organization
Stay up to date with social engineering attacks and their different commonalities
Monitor all devices for suspicious activity and behavior
Firewalls and other security rules setup and administration
Manage a remote access solution for support
Provide remote support to users in remote hands scenarios
Mac incidents and other issues
Write scripts and deploy them to automate IT processes
