What You'll Do.
Manage user lifecycles and access controls across Active Directory
and Microsoft Corporate Technologies
Ensure secure integration with core business apps such as Slack
Design and implement automation workflows for onboarding and offboarding processes
Lead the full lifecycle of company hardware (macOS and Windows)
from procurement and Intune-driven deployment to meticulous inventory tracking and maintenance
Provide high-quality technical assistance to local and remote teams
Ensure rapid resolution of hardware and software issues to maintain high operational uptime
Maintain and troubleshoot office networking (Wi-Fi
LAN) and conference room technologies
