Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. **Job Responsibilities:** * Second Level Support for various applications and systems including end-user support. * Support of the existing office infrastructure (windows based) as well as the IT components within the production. * Processing of customer requirements and incidents via ticketing system including documentation. * Execution of order process for IT hard- and software. * Failure analysis and forwarding of incidents to the 3rd level support colleagues. * Configuration and installation of new systems (hard- and software). * Creation of templates, documentations and training documents for users. * Coordination of external IT service providers. * Coordination of tasks resulting from ensuring information security in accordance with audit requirements (e.i..
