Must Have
Hospitality background is required, Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration, Microsoft Windows and macOS, Network infrastructure and troubleshooting
Nice to Have
hotel or resort experience preferred, Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS, POS, networking, telephony) is a advantage, Cisco and Ruckus environments preferred, Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Ruckus, or similar) are an advantage
What You'll Do.
Support the operation
and troubleshooting of all IT systems
and hotel applications
Ensure the continuous availability of critical hotel systems
Provide timely technical support to all departments to minimize down time and ensure smooth operations
Assist in system upgrades
and routine maintenance activities
Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required
Maintain IT documentation
Ensure compliance with IT security standards and corporate policies
Work closely with all hotel departments and corporate IT teams to support operational needs
Participate in support coverage as required for 24/7 hotel operations
