Must Have
degree in (business) informatics, computer science, or comparable qualification, proven experience as an IT/Workplace Architect or in a similar strategic role, knowledge and hands-on experience with modern OS ecosystems (specifically ChromeOS and Linux deployments), knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud-based productivity suites (Google Workspace), proven track record in IT simplification, application portfolio consolidation, and obsolescence management within complex, large-scale corporate environments, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, understanding of the intersection between Digital Workplace and Identity Access Management (IAM), fluent in Romanian and English

What You'll Do.
lead the strategic transition towards Non-Windows Operating Systems (ChromeOS)
drive the consolidation and simplification of the Digital Workplace application portfolio
manage the comprehensive Obsolescence Management lifecycle for legacy hardware and software systems
support the Lead Architect in evaluating and implementing complex IT demands
translate IT demands into scalable
and compliant architecture designs
identify and mitigate risks of "shadow IT"
align the workplace architecture strategy with the organization's business objectives and the overarching strategy
