Must Have
Education in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience), 7+ years of experience in IT support and network administration, knowledge of operating systems and hands-on experience, including Windows and Linux, Active Directory, understanding of network architecture, protocols, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi), Familiarity with endpoint management and security tools, Excellent communication, problem-solving, and service orientation skills, Ability to work independently while staying aligned with remote/global IT management, Fluent in English (spoken and written)
