Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field), 10–15 years of experience in IT service delivery or infrastructure roles, Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is required, Demonstrated leadership experience, understanding of IT service management, SLA governance, infrastructure lifecycle practices, Knowledge of IT security standards, compliance, audit processes
Nice to Have
Experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries is a plus
