Exposure to monitor network, server and other infrastructure services, Hands on experience with Service Now, MS Tools, Grafana, Jira is highly desirable, Excellent working knowledge of best practices such as ITIL or other equivalent programs (COBIT, PRINCE) in IT Service Management
