We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in BI, DWH, and data platforms. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, IT operations, and service delivery management to ensure reliable and high-quality data services. The position involves ownership of service delivery, including SLA management, incident handling, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. You will be part of IT projects for our client - a multinational financial services company operating across several European countries.
