Must Have

5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations in BI/DWH or data platforms, Experience in management the team not less 5 employees, Experience managing enterprise BI/DWH environments including required IT Operation processes, technical knowledge of SQL, Azure Databricks, BI/Reporting Tools, ETL processes and integrations, Knowledge in applying and managing IT Service Management processes based on ITIL, Knowledge of data platforms and lakehouse concepts, Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, coordination, and interpersonal skills, Manage business stakeholders delivery expectations, High level of written and spoken Spanish and English, reporting and analytical skills, Ability to fast learn of new technologies and processes

Nice to Have

IT Service Management certification, Azure Databricks/Microsoft certification, Experience in Financial sector and FinOps awareness

The position involves ownership of service delivery, including SLA management, incident handling, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. You will be part of IT projects for our client - a multinational financial services company operating across several European countries.
