When you join CIMA+, we welcome you to a place that you can call home Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO), the Senior Business Analyst acts as a strategic partner to business units and IT teams. He or she contributes to the success of corporate initiatives by ensuring rigorous needs analysis, value-based prioritization, and ongoing alignment between business objectives, projects, and delivered solutions. This role is carried out in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, where the analyst is expected to contribute to large-scale projects, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. The Senior IT Business Analyst contributes to demand management, business case development, impact analysis, definition of success criteria, and solution adoption. He or she also supports the alignment of initiatives with portfolio priorities and organizational capacity. Through leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence without formal authority, the individual acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and contributes to the evolution of business analysis practices within the PMO.
