The Security Engineering Tech Lead is responsible for both leading and delivering enterprise-level security engineering operations. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on execution to ensure the protection, resilience, and continuous improvement of Mattel’s cybersecurity ecosystem. The position oversees and contributes to initiatives across Endpoint Security, Event Logging and Monitoring, Digital Asset Protection, and Digital Forensics. The Security Engineering Tech Lead drives delivery of secure and scalable engineering solutions, ensuring that endpoints, data protection, and event monitoring tools are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized. The role requires deep expertise in endpoint detection and response (EDR), SIEM platforms, data protection, and forensic tooling, as well as a commitment to operational excellence, automation, and continuous modernization.
