4-7 years IT operations experience, 4-7 years security operations experience, 4-7 years SaaS business operations experience, Hands-on SOC 2 evidence collection, Hands-on audit coordination experience, Google Workspace administration experience, Experience with compliance platforms, SaaS vendor management experience, Comfort with automation tools, Ability to work directly with CTO
Nice to Have
Experience completing customer security questionnaires, Office facilities coordination experience, MDM deployment experience
What You'll Do.
Manage identity and access management
Run employee onboarding provisioning
Run employee offboarding
Serve as internal IT point of contact
Manage asset lifecycle
Coordinate SOC 2 audit process
Execute quarterly access reviews
Execute annual access reviews
Manage Vanta day-to-day
Monitor employee security compliance
Drive employee security compliance
Take first pass on questionnaires
Maintain answer library
Track data governance action items
Execute data governance action items
Maintain centralized SaaS inventory
Manage new software requests
Prepare vendor security assessments
Support office facilities
Document key processes
Identify automation opportunities
Implement automation opportunities
