This is a hybrid position reporting to the Madison, WI headquarters and individuals are expected to work in the office several days a month. The individual in this position will be responsible for risk assessments and development of security policies and strategies, while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, availability and accountability of data for TruStage and its subsidiaries. The IT Security Engineer will provide operational and tactical support for IT Security technology and processes. Responsibilities include processing alerts, handling system failures, identifying root causes, and documenting events for resolution. Prioritizing to meet service levels, developing influencing skills, maintaining security based on best practices, and technical development in IT Security systems. Acquiring IT Security expertise and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation. **Job Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information system, or related field and 2 years of demonstrated proficiency with Information Security Audit, Identity Management or Architecture focus.
