THE POSITION: The Scrum Master is responsible for supporting disciplined, iterative delivery by enabling cross‑functional technology teams to execute effectively against established priorities. This role focuses on team coordination, delivery alignment, progress visibility, and impediment management, working in close partnership with Project Managers, Product Owners, and technical leaders. The Scrum Master does not own the project plan, schedule, or budget, but plays a critical role in maintaining delivery momentum and execution quality.
