What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10+ years of experience in disaster recovery, business continuity, or Technology & Cyber resilience within a large, complex enterprise environment, Proven experience developing Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Technical Recovery Plans (TRPs), understanding of frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory standards (e. g. , NIST, ISO, COBIT, ITIL, CISA, etc. ), Experience in using both traditional standards, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL, as well as emerging methods like DevOps that are optimized for agility., Experience leading resilience exercises, including tabletop and scenario-based, and live-environment testing, Ability to assess and document system dependencies, recovery strategies, and architectural designs, program and project management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a broad range of interested parties, Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Ferguson complies with all wage regulations., The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience with Resilience Engineering, Google DiRT, Chaos Engineering, SRE, or similar practices is preferred, Experience working with Disaster Recovery Planning, IT Service Management, or GRC platforms, Relevant certifications (e. g. , BCDR, ITIL, CISA)

This role is responsible for developing and advancing recovery strategies, leading resilience testing, and ensuring critical systems can be effectively restored during disruptive events.
