What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in enterprise IT Release Management within large and complex environments, understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ITIL delivery practices, Experience managing complex deployments and operational dependencies, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices, risk management, governance, and problem-solving capability, Ability to coordinate across multiple delivery streams and operational teams
