About the role Estamos em busca de um(a) IT Recruiter Pleno para reforçar nosso time de aquisição de talentos com foco em tecnologia. Nessa posição, você será responsável por atrair, avaliar e contratar os melhores profissionais de TI do mercado — atuando de ponta a ponta no processo seletivo, em estreita parceria com hiring managers técnicos e times de negócio. Você vai trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico, com vagas complexas e de alto impacto, onde sua capacidade de entender perfis técnicos e se comunicar com fluência em inglês fará toda a diferença. Key responsibilities * Conduzir o ciclo completo de recrutamento para vagas de TI: engenharia de software, cloud, dados, produto e infraestrutura * Realizar triagem de currículos, entrevistas por competências e alinhamento cultural em português e inglês * Desenvolver estratégias de sourcing ativo via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, comunidades tech e eventos do setor * Gerenciar múltiplas requisições simultaneamente (10–15 vagas ativas) com autonomia e foco em prazo * Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos hiring managers para entender necessidades técnicas e culturais de cada time * Manter o ATS atualizado e garantir comunicação transparente com todos os candidatos ao longo do processo * Contribuir com iniciativas de employer branding e fortalecimento da ma
