Do you have experience recruiting in the IT sector?   We are looking for an approachable and upbeat IT Recruiter to be based out of our Calgary office to manage full cycle recruiting! Reporting to the People Services Manager, you will utilize various sourcing and searching methods including networking and online & social recruiting platforms to fill a variety of open roles.   ## A Day in the Life Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to gather role requirements and translate them into compelling, accurate job descriptions Lead full-cycle recruitment, from intake strategy to offer negotiation, with a focus on high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction Source active and passive technical talent through creative strategies, including advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, and niche job boards Conduct in-depth initial interviews to assess candidate fit (technical and cultural) and coordinate technical assessments with internal SMEs Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Long View’s values and employer brand Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, providing market insights, sourcing strategies, and data-driven recommendations Maintain accurate and
