3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, Demonstrated experience collaborating with hiring managers to scope roles and build effective job descriptions, Proven success sourcing and hiring for a wide range of roles, Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent mapping, business acumen and ability to understand complex technical service offerings, Experience with ATS platforms, Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, Strategic mindset with a data-informed approach to problem-solving and planning, Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and fostering a diverse candidate pipeline

Nice to Have
