10+ years of experience in project/program management, at least 5 years leading a PMO or enterprise portfolio function, Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional technology and business programs, understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), Experience with benefit realization frameworks, financial governance, KPI tracking, Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification, Agile or SAFe certifications, MBA or related advanced degree
