Must Have

Minimum of 4 years of project management experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, Demonstrated experience working directly with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams in a fast‑paced service environment, Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, coordinating cross‑functional teams to successful outcomes

Nice to Have

PMP certification preferred (or other relevant project management credentials)
