Minimum of 5 Years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams and manage people in a matrix environment, Experience with international clients is required, Experience working as a project manager for a consulting or software organization or similar delivering solutions to external clients, Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design and development of custom solutions, Proven Ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers, Proven Ability to manage large and simultaneity projects, Proven experience managing IT and Software delivery projects, Proven Ability to form customer relationships, Proven Ability to business and technical issues, Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment, Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment, business acumen and orientation, Revenue forecast management, Budget management, Proficient communication skills in English

What You'll Do.

Planning and controlling the diverse activities required to deliver projects to final customers on time

and with the required quality

despite risks and issues

Lead activities to foresee risks and issues and create the required mitigation plans

End-to-end management of a project or program of projects

Manage all phases of project – Initiation

Monitor and Control and Closing

Define project tasks and prepare project plans

and communicate project progress

Manage project scope and scope changes

Manage & motivate the team assigned to the project

Provide feedback regarding their performances

Being the single point of contact for assigned projects and customer representation or Business Unit in internal and external /customer forums by providing effective communication

Act as a trusted adviser for assigned clients and assist with the development of roadmaps and other long range plans for leveraging the solution and maximizing the ROI

Manage issues proactively

provide visibility of issues and resolution to stakeholders and escalate internally as required to resolve issues

Report on Status of project to internal and external stakeholders accurately on agreed frequency

Manage project related revenue and revenue forecast

Keep management systems updated to reflect revenue forecasting

Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery

Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements

Contribute to project management methodology improvements

Provide assessment of project results
