We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Network Operations Team in New York! The IT Project Manager will lead technology initiatives from planning through delivery. In addition, manage cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, and project budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and cloud migrations Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies using RAID logs and risk registers Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) for technology teams Coordinate across engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholder teams Prepare and deliver executive-level status reports, steering committee presentations, and project dashboards Manage vendor relationships including SOW negotiation, performance tracking, and invoice approval Ensure compliance with PMO gov
