They are recognised as one of the premier providers in their sector, known for innovation, operational excellence, and a strong culture of performance. **Your Role** As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects in a fast-paced financial institution environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables within the constraints of schedule, scope, and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business units. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and software artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint. * Establish and oversee Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels, from senior management to project team members. * Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and provide status updates to key stakeholders. * Prioritise activities, address risks/issues, and manage resources efficiently across various departments. * Build a collaborative and productive team environment, driving accountability towards critical milestones and deadlines. * Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery and administer metrics tracking. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile application development in a financial institution environment. * Minimum 5 years of solid practical experience managing complex projects. * Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. * Demonstrated knowledge and
