Must Have
5+ years of experience in project/program management, Deep expertise with Jira and Confluence, understanding of Agile methodologies, Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and dependencies, Excellent communication skills, Experience with capacity planning, roadmapping, and quarterly planning processes
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services or fintech, Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, or similar, Background supporting product/engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, Familiarity with advanced Jira features, Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives
