This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. **Job Responsibilities** * **Project Planning and Management** : Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation. * **Budget Management** : Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that project costs remain within the allocated budget. * **Team Coordination** : Lead project teams, assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure team members are aligned with project goals. * **Stakeholder Communication** : Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. * **Risk Management** : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. * **Quality Assurance** : Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the required quality standards. * **Documentation** : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. * Performs other related duties as assigned. **Job Requirements** * **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
