What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of project delivery and engineering experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP), 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft platform (Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, etc. ), Demonstrated ability to independently lead and execute IT projects from scoping through delivery, client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, Internally motivated with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes independently and as part of a team, Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing competing project priorities, Genuine commitment to client service and client experience
Nice to Have
Prior mid-market or IT consulting experience, Solutions Architect experience, Cyber security experience, Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, VMware, CompTIA, etc. ) are a plus, A degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred

Consult with clients to assess requirements and recommend technically sound

Manage and deliver projects across Microsoft platforms
Guide and mentor junior team members

Lead infrastructure projects tied to mergers and acquisitions
