Job Title: IT Project Coordinator Reports To: Sr. IT Programs Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Phoenix, AZ Office Summary: The IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of infrastructure and operations projects across the organization. This role partners closely with Senior Project Managers, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow into a Project Manager role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Project Coordination however, telework or work at home, on the road, or in a satellite location for portions of the workweek may occur, depending upon project needs and requirements in coordination with your direct supervisor and/or most senior leader of your department. Occasional travel may be required. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
