Bizee is scaling its squad-based model and we’re looking for a **hands-on Program Manager** who can operate at two levels: * **Today:** embedded in squads, driving strong sprint execution * **Tomorrow:** building program-level visibility across initiatives This is not a coordination-only role, you’ll actively help teams deliver better, faster, and more consistently. **What you’ll do** * Run and elevate sprint ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retros) * Drive **clear, reliable sprint commitments** using strong estimation practices * Track sprint health (velocity, carryover, backlog quality, DoD) * Identify and unblock issues quickly, escalate when needed * Coach teams on Agile in a **practical, non-dogmatic way** * Partner with Product to ensure backlog readiness (without owning prioritization) * Maintain clean, structured data in ClickUp * Track cross-squad dependencies and flag risks early * Support executive reporting and delivery visibility **How you work** * Hands-on, structured, and outcome-focused * You enable teams, you don’t police them * You bring clarity, remove friction, and spot issues early **Requirements** **What we’re looking for** * 5+ years in Agile delivery roles (Program Manager, Scrum Master, etc.) * Advanced, fluent english (C1-C2) * Experience running **multiple squads at once** * Strong understanding of sprint metrics and estimation * Solid with tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Asana * Clear communicator across technical and business audiences * Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workstreams **Nice to have:** PMP, CSM, squad/tribe model experience, ClickUp expertise **Benefits** Major Medical Insurance Dental & Vision Plan GymPass Private Transportation 30 days of X-mas Bonus Legal Benefits Among others
