Must Have
Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph, Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or related field, Minimum of 12 years experience, Demonstrated experience serving as the primary point of contact for a program for all technical, cost and schedule performance matters and issues, Demonstrated experience overseeing daily operations for a program, Demonstrated experience managing assigning, providing oversight and reviewing work of program personnel, Demonstrated experience ensuring necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to effectively and successfully manage the program are created, maintained and are accurate, Demonstrated experience consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess needs and mission priorities
Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience with communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and leadership teams, Demonstrated experience preparing program management artifacts such as presentations or reports
