Working/active knowledge of Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems and TSCM capabilities, Current IAM Level III certification, as referenced in ND 50-05 or replacement, Current PMP certification, Ability to travel worldwide, Experience with the A&A Process and customer ATO requirements, Experience and knowledge of SCIF penetration regulations, specifically in regards to copper, fiber, and antennas, 10 years of experience managing personnel, Seven (7) years of experience managing personnel across multiple functional areas and a full range of contract and finance support functions, Seven (7) years of experience in technical project management

What You'll Do.

Managing this classified Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) program within the negotiated level of effort to include overall costs of the program

Provide accurate and timely reports

Manage shift schedules and arrange for backfill during PTO/unplanned absences

Full Job Description

**Purpose and Impact:** Amentum/Secure Networking Solutions is seeking an IT Program Manager responsible for managing this classified Wireless Intrusion Detection System (WIDS) program within the negotiated level of effort to include overall costs of the program. PM will be required to provide accurate and timely reports, program management reviews, weekly meetings, maintenance of schedules and technical documentation; as well as ensuring delivery of exceptional performance while maintaining positive customer relations. **Essential Responsibilities:** * Primary responsibility for all aspects of contract execution. The Program Manager will be responsive to and coordinate closely with the United States Government to ensure effective contract management. * Direct supervision and leadership of up to 35 employees, including Deputy PM, Site Leads, Network Engineers, WIDS Specialists, Installation Engineers, and functional support (Finance, GSCM, etc) * Management of corporate relationship with WIDS vendors/support. * Active knowledge of the customer Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process, and experience ushering a program through the entire Authorization to Operate (ATO) process. * Obtain and maintain the ATO for the new WIDS system. * Responsible to manage shift schedules and arrange for backfill during PTO/unplanned absences. * Leverage opportunities for new business development and seek to expand within current customer base. * Responsible for program budgets and costs, program funding and program financial reporting.
