Responsibilities: Driving technical product direction in collaboration with engineering, including architecture and design decisions; Working closely with engineers to define scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions; Assigning tasks, prioritizing focus, allocating resources, and ensuring high quality output; Preparing and organizing the necessary project documentation; Identifying and addressing technical risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early; Keeping up with newest technologies and tools; Negotiating with stakeholders and other parties involved in the project. Requirements: 4+ years of experience with software development (e.g., prior role as developer, tech lead, or similar); Ability to read, understand, and discuss code with engineering teams; Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems; Experience working closely with engineers on technical design decisions; Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements; Experience leading cross-functional teams with strong engineering involvement; Ability to challenge technical decisions and contribute to solution design; Experience driving end-to-end delivery of technically complex product; Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
